Round 6 U16’s Match Report

After 6 Rounds, 35 players have had the opportunity to experience the best under 16 competition in the State; including Dylan Berggren Levitt, Tyler Bigg & Jack Cook who debuted against Centrals this week.

In a tight first half in which we over used the footy at times, Centrals had a 4 point lead going into the main break.

With a second half that displayed more direct footy and more opportunities for our Forwards, in particular Tyler Welsh & Isaac Edwards who kicked 3 goals each. We were able to kick 7 goals 5 to 3 goals 2 in the second half.

Our better players include Jett Hasting, Harry Dodd, Tyler Welsh, Tate Delmenico & Rome Burgoyne. With single goal kickers Zane Peucker, Jack Cook, Lachie Sands & Zac Schwarz.

We look forward to taking on Westies this week for the second time already this year at Maughan Thiem Kia and wish our College players all the best as their season gets on the way.
